This year's Conference will be held in Adelaide over the weekend of 28th - 30th August, 2009 and will take place at the Adelaide Meridien, 21- 37 Melbourne Street, North Adelaide 5006.

As usual, the Conference will commence with a Dinner on the Friday evening, 28th August to be addressed by Professor Ivan Shearer AM, RFD, Australia's most distinguished International lawyer, and will conclude just after noon on Sunday, 30th August. This year our presenters will include two serving State Attorneys-General and a former Commonwealth Solicitor-General. As an innovation, this year, in addition to the conference, we are offering an optional Sunday lunchtime activity, being lunch and a tour of Sir John Downer's house conducted by Dr John Bannon, former South Australian Premier and author of Supreme Federalist: the Political life of Sir John Downer.
